REPUBLICANS INTRODUCE BILL TO DO AWAY WITH CONSTITUTIONAL CHECKS & BALANCES
Here is a link to a bill submitted in March to the House of Representatives, proposing that the Congress be given the power to override Supreme Court decisions. If this bill were law in the 1950s, there would be no civil rights for minorities, no desegregation.
